Hi, invoice hold notifications are sent to requesters by email and in-App invoice > receipt.

I've managed to block release actions for the in-App notification in BPM through the tasks actions in access tab.

For the email notification, the release button subists as you can see below, and when clicking, it opens an email as it usually does for email actions, and when clicking send on the email it blocks because the recipient email is not found. Is there a way to make this more user friendly ? Does it have to go through a BIP customizartion and if yes, where can I find the template ?
