Chat Report to show Time when Chatter is waiting for a response from the customer.

Hello there!
Has anyone found or create a report that would detail the time when a chatter is waiting for a response from the customer. I have not been able to find a way to calculate this. Some might refer to this as when the chatter is 'listening' or 'holding'.
