I want to change/Rename the Panel Header Labels as highlighted below . I could see an option to edit the delivered template of SR. However I was able to do this on sales by duplicating the templates and making edits there but in Service, I am not able to duplicate the templates too.

I am trying to create a custom panel , but just looking for advice to see if any standard way exists.
