    Summary:

    We have a couple questions/potential bugs pertaining to the functionality of CX Sales add-in for Microsoft Outlook 365. Since Support usually requires us to make a post here before proceeding with their troubleshooting, we're posting several of these questions here.

    Sort by functionality:

    Within the Outlook add-in we see the ability to sort by Tasks but not by Opportunities. How can we configure the add-in include the Sort by feature for Opportunities?

    Add-in Global Search

    Can a more targeted search be using the Search function within the add-in? For example, if we search for any keyword a results list is generated from across all accessible fields and objects within the add-in. This can then be narrowed down to specific objects, but more than likely the list is still too long. Are there commands that can be used within the Search box to target a search against specific fields? ie, Firstname = 'James'?
