Dynamic Search Reports

Hello dears,

Is it possible to create dynamic search reports? Here is the scenario we are looking to achieve:

- User opens the report and gets a filter asking him for the type of object he wants to search for (i.e., incident, contact, organization, custom object...)

- After selecting the search object, user can also fill other search criteria (i.e., date created on, contact for incident, organization for incident, any related custom field/object...)

I'd also like to know if there are already available OOTB reports that work like that.

Any input on this would be highly appreciated.
