Issue with Benefits Fast Formula: Plan value calculation with dependents not being applied
Summary:
For the client I am assisting, there is a need to calculate the plan value when dependents are indicated. In this case, there are several value variations for the same plan, which leads us to use variable rates within a standard rate. This allows displaying the value according to the person's eligibility. However, when applying a Fast Formula to the standard rate to calculate the plan value based on the number of indicated dependents, the formula is not triggered, and the calculation is not performed. The system ignores the formula and only considers the fixed value of the variable rate.
