Is there an option to cancel rejected requisitions automatically or after a certain timeframe?

Summary:

We are looking to see if we can cancel rejected requisitions automatically or after a certain timeframe after the requisition has been rejected because we are running into issues where committed funds are tied to the rejected requisitions. The only way to remove the commitment is to cancel the requisition.

If not, is there an option to require comments when a supervisor rejects a requisition?

If neither of the above two options are available, could you please assist with which data models/instructions we could use to update the requisition rejection email notification?
