Automatic Journey Assignment upon Hire vs Nudge Reminder after 60 days of Incomplete Journey
Hello Team,
We have created Onboarding Journey such a way that when we hire an Employee, Automatically the person is being assigned with the Journey. It is working fine.
We have given 90 days to Expire the Journey.
However, we want to send a Reminder on 60th Day if the Journey status is Incomplete (Journey is not Completed).
Overall, Upon a new hire, a Journey will be assigned to the Person Automatically and on 60th day, a Reminder should send to the Person if the Journey is not Completed. Kindly note that reminder should be sent only one time to the person i.e. on 60th day.
