Track Candidate Access

Summary:

Hello, we would like to track the candidate access to be able to send an email to those candidates that are inactive for 1 year or more.

I did some test and the table IRC_CANDIDATES is not reliable because if the recruiter modify the profile of the candidate the LAST_UPDATE_DATE and the CAND_LAST_MODIFIED_DATE are getting updated.

meanwhile the table IRC_SUBMISSIONS can track only if a candidate apply to a new requisition or is being added to a new requisition from a Recruiter.

Do you know a table or a functionality that can help?
