Report to show number of answers proposed by an account

Hello ,

There is scenario where i am trying to create a report which shows the number of incidents solved, unresolved and answer proposed by a particular agent/ account. I had joined the incidents with accounts to find number of incidents resolved and unresolved.

But when i am joining answers table with accounts then it gives wrong result, all the data related to incident solved and resolved also gets manipulated.

Please help me.
