Summary:

Our Goals process is launched in the first quarter of the year, while our Performance process is initiated in the last quarter.

Currently, competencies are displayed within the Performance Card. However, employees want to see this information at the beginning. Therefore, is it possible to display this information within the Goals section?

Note: We are not using the Talent Profile product; we are only utilizing the Goals and Performance modules.

If the management of these competencies is a process handled within Talent, could you provide me with resources and visuals regarding this?
