Sumifs/Countifs Function?

Hi there! I am trying to count something in a report that meets criteria in two different text fields. For example, the formula I would use in Excel would be: countifs(A:A,"Agent Name",B:B,"Fiscal Week") and it would count how many rows have both the specified agent name and the specified fiscal week. Is there a way to do that in Oracle? I've been playing with some of the functions for a while, but I can't figure it out. Thanks in advance!
