Errors Downloading Cookbook zip files

Hello,

I tried downloading three different files (Top Keyword Trend, Answer Effectiveness and Answers Not Used) on Chrome and IE on two different computers - one at work and one at home since the Chrome download indicated it was a "Network Error".

Is anyone else experiencing trouble downloading the zip files to import the cookbooks? Does someone have these files to download from another source?
