Objectives and competencies have different percentage per level:
. Functional level Goals = 70% and competencies = 30%
. Specialist Level Goals = 60% and competencies = 40%
. Ancillary level Goals = 50% and Competencies = 50%
How to add violation deduction in percentage to Performance evaluation result?

while the business scenario as follows:
1- To calculate final evaluation will take 80% from above final calculated result for Objectives and Competencies.
Calculation methodology as following sample:
i. For Functional level X employee’s Objectives = 50% and Competencies = 15% so the total = 65%
ii. 80% should deduct so that will be (65% * 80%) = 52%
iii. 20% will add depends on violation per deductions occurred on employee
