Dependent and Beneficiary Full Names not flowing from Core HR to Benefit Work Area

Inviting experts inputs for full beneficiary and dependent names from Core HR to Benefits.

Current Behavior: Only First Name is flowing to People to Cover and Election Screens in Life Event Enrollment Windows for elections

Expectation: Full Name (First name and last name) must flow from Person Record at Core HR level to Benefit Summary Work Area(if approved updates present at core HR level, then latest name expected to flow seamlessly)

Please let me know if any one has faced this issue before, or if modification to this behaviour is possible.
