Incident Counts for Historical Reporting Changing

I'm scratching my head over here.

I have a very basic report (definition image attached) that I have been using to look at month over month trends since we started using service cloud in May 2016, and I am now seeing the historical numbers drop dramatically.

  • When I ran this report in Feb 2017, there was a count of 30,427 incidents in the month of May 2016.  Same as it had been since we first started reporting, and was the correct number.
  • When I ran this report in May 2017, there was a count of 27,426.
  • When I ran this report this morning, there was only a count of 10,041.  And June 2016 has also dropped from 32,819 to 27,827.
