Agent Reports for Incidents and Chat created today by hour

Does anyone know if there is a report available that can show me:
1. Incidents & Chats that were created (Today) by hour.
2. Which agent picked up/resolve the incidents/chats within that hour.
3. I can then work out how many incidents/chats we get per hour and how effective agents were that hour.
Im new to reporting so im unsure as to if a report already exists within the system. I have looked and cant find one to tweak.
