Is there an ability to send documents with tokens to candidates that isn't included in the offer?

Hello all!

We have a client who has a legal requirement to send the job posting and salary range to candidates, in a document, after the following Phases, States during the candidate selection process:

Interview, First Interview

Offer, Extended

This is required by their legal team in the states of Nevada and Connecticut.

The current solution we are moving forward with is utilizing the new functionality in the 25A release that allows for the hiring team to send attachments to candidates using the two-way messaging functionality. We'll have a notification be sent out to the recruiter after the offer is extended and after the first interview to remind the recruiter to send this document. The hiring team would take an out of system template, make updates on it, save it to their computer, then attach it and send it out to the candidate.
