want to do this in Service module, we dont want to use contract managment or Subscription management

Summary:

We want to configure Service Level Agreement, like Customer Products, terms and condition, serverity, availability, service covered, in Service module like defining a contract with customer and deliver service based on that contract.

The problem is we want to do this in Service module, we dont want to use contract managment or Subscription management.

Where i can define SLA in oracle Services Module or if there is no option then Can we create custom page of sla by VBS.
