Best Approach for Evaluating Open Life Event for 19k employees
Summary:
We are using below-mentioned approach and Parameters used to kick off 'Open' Life event enrollment window for 19 k employees. We are facing in-stability in kicking off the Open Life Event process. Looking for any alternate approach / suggestions to fine tune the process.
1. We are creating the Benefit Group under Setup and Maintenance → Benefits Group.
2. And Loading the Active employees (19k Employees) into Benefits Group through HDL Data file.
3. Submitting the 'Evaluate Scheduled Event Participation' ESS job with the below-mentioned input parameters to kick off the 'Open' Life Event.
ESS Job Parameters:
Effective Date: 1/1/2025
Detect Temporal Events: None
Validate: Save - database will be updated.
