Chat Standard Text Usage

Does anyone know if there is a standard report or even a way to track chat standard text usage.  I thought when we upgrade to Feb. 2010 I was told this would be available however I only see the "Standard Text Utilized by Agents" report in the following folder:   \Public Reports\Common\Site Administration\Content Library

However, this report is not pulling up our chat text, it will only show incident text.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
