Oracle Fusion Bill Management hosting on third party IDCS

Client wants to have 'Oracle Fusion Bill Management' (SaaS) on their in-house portal which is shared with their partners and Customers.

‘Oracle Fusion Finance Bill Management’ is a customer portal which provides limited access to external customer to view their outstanding AR invoices and print them. We already configured the Bill Managment as a standalone SaaS and able to access it from Browser.

Client wants us to make it accessible from third party portal using third party IDCS called Athena using open id connect SSO.

We are unable to find the below details for Bill Management from our Dev-9 environment which are required for this setup. Kindly help us to get the same.
