Inquiry about Employee Goals and Performance Evaluation in Oracle

We have a client with a talent management team that follows a specific methodology for measuring employee performance. Here’s how they do it:

1. Goals are assigned to departments, and each goal has supporting tasks.
2. The tasks are distributed among employees, with some having a full goal and others sharing the tasks.
3. During evaluation, employees are assessed based on the completion of tasks and their respective weight.

I understand this methodology might not currently be supported by Oracle, but I’m wondering if there’s a possibility of adding weight to tasks. Could Oracle calculate performance based on the weight of tasks and goals?
