Customer data is not processed after running the "Import Bulk Customer Data" process

Summary:

Hi All,

In the customer import process, both the "Load Interface File for Import" and "Import Bulk Customer Data" processes indicate a status of "Succeeded"; however, the customer data has not been processed. Upon reviewing the "Manage Data Import" screen, I found no errors or successful records.

When I checked HZ_IMP_BATCH_SUMMARY table, the ERROR_MESSAGE indicates, "An OSR value utilized in this batch already exists in one of the parallel batches that are currently being processed."

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?
