Add Field on "Add Development Goal" page in Redwood

Summary:

Previously we used development library goals to help categorize the development goals that employees were entering. As you need to use the "Explore" tab to see the library goals now, we need to create a new drop down field in the "Add Development Goal" page so we can continue to report off of the type of development goals that employees are creating. Is there a way to do this in Visual Builder?
