Adding the Communication email to the PO Notification.

Summary:

We would like to add the Communication Email to the PO Notification email that goes out to the Preparer and Requester

Currently when the PO is created and sent to the suppler, the Preparer and Requester receive an email notification that the PO has been implemented.

That email notification shows high level details of the PO. One of the areas "Order Details" shows Supplier information, Supplier Name, Supplier site, …etc. We would like to add Communication Email to that area on the notification.

Can this be done, and How?
