Headers in Billing Section not translated in Purchase Requestions (redwood) line details

Hi Team,

Our users have an issue where when they do the following navigation the headers are not appropriately translated:

Procurement>Purchase Requestions (new) > My Requestions > View Details > View Line Details > Scroll down to billing to look at headers "Percentage," "Quantity," and "Amount".

We are able to replicate this issue with other users and it is different headers that are effected, for example in one case "Percentage" and "Quantity" are not translated but "Amount" is vs another user all three are not translated. The language that is shown is English and the language it is meant to be is French. This issue is within the Redwood UI of the Purchase Requestions. If any other folks have this issue and have found a workaround please advise have also created SR.
