Seeking Feedback on Incentive Plan Design within HCM for 50+ Incentive Programs

Summary:

Essentially we are looking for feedback on how other companies have solutioned if they have 50+ Incentive Programs where about 1,000 of our workers are classified across 48 very specific Individual Incentive Plans, then any other Employee in specific worker/ assignment category that are NOT found in one of those 48 plans, is enrolled in our general "Annual Incentive Program".

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Seeking feedback on the best way to proceed with solutioning for our Incentive Plan Programs. We have two distinct programs. Individual Incentive and then our Annual Incentive. Our workers can only be on one program at a time. Not every person with a User Person Type of “Employee” in our organization is on one of these plans. It is divided out further into those in specific worker/ assignment categories.
