Has anyone been able to successfully set a candidate's preferred method of communication for them?
Summary:
My company has a high volume of applicants that do not have a preferred method of communication set AND are experiencing issues when re-directed to update this themselves. They say they have checked the box, however the banner in Messages is still there and they say are adamant that they are not receiving the job offer via text or email listed under personal details. This is causing serious delays in Hiring and so I'm curious if anyone has found a solution from a Recruiter/Recruiting Admin side of ORC?
