Summary: Strategy assignment at transaction level not working

Content : We are migrating data from legacy system to Oracle fusion, and the client has a requirement to do strategy assignment at transaction level. For data migrated, if a customer is falling into multiple strategies category then only single strategy is being assigned to all the transaction. The expectation of strategy at transaction level would be that each transaction will be separate assessed then strategy is being assigned but that is not happening.

For Eg: Customer 1 has transactions due between 0-30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, 91 to 180

Based on this, I have collection strategy is place, 0-30 should be strategy 1, 31 to to 60 strategy 2
