Understanding the "Recommended" Sort Option in Oracle Recruiting Cloud

Hello Oracle Cloud Recruiting Experts,

I have been exploring the "Sort" options available in the Job Applications section of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and came across the "Recommended" sorting option. When I select this, the candidate job application list gets reordered, but I am unable to determine the underlying parameters driving this recommendation.

I have reviewed the Oracle documentation and could not find any clear explanation of how the "Recommended"sorting logic works. Additionally, I have raised an SR with Oracle Support, but they are still checking with the product team.
