How to customize rollup card fragment under Account Summary Panel

1. The duplicated form template would contain cx-rollup fragment and user can change context param attributes like badgeItem, footer etc.

How to add text with icon and JET style next to the rollup value?

How is % value derived. Is there any OOTB function for deriving insights as highlighted in the screenshot or is it supposed to be derived through custom JavaScript function?
