Person Change Fast Formula Causes Incorrect Life Event to Trigger

Summary:

Client wants the appropriate life event to trigger when employees 'Full Time or Part Time' field is updated from part-time to full-time and from full-time to part-time.

The formula is attached to the Person Change. Table Name is correct. Not able to select the FULL_PART_TIME column name from the drop down. So I was told use ASG_INFORMATION11. Ran the Evaluate Formula and results returned l=n. Benefits Summary - Potential Life Events displays the Full-Time to Part-Time Employment life event. Expected Result: Part-Time to Full-Time Employment.
