Oracle HCM Performance Management - Review Period Best Practices
Summary:
Hello!
I’m configuring in the process of testing and configuring probationary evaluation using anytime documents. Since these documents don’t follow standard review periods, I set up the review period to 1/1/1951 - 12/31/4712.
Would this be considered a best practice, or could it cause issues with eligibility, reporting, or future process automation? How have others approached review periods for probationary evaluations using anytime documents?
Appreciate any insights from the community!
