Sales - CRM Resource is showing value of 'not found' in the Hierarchy Level.

I had some changes to use the new role as the resource role and with that there is a change in the Organization field. After that, the Sales - CRM Resource which is the used subject area to get the manager hierarchy is showing ' Not Found' in some Levels.

Before, in the resource information, we are using an old role and organization is being defaulted to the entered resource manager value. Right now, we are fixing this as we checked that it is the one causing the broken hierarchy in the system. In that case we use the new role and changed the organization field. After running the Reporting Hierarchy Generation some of the levels are now showing 'Not Found.
