Short Term Disability Coverage Amount is showing $0 for High Wage Earners

Hey there!

We have noticed that our employees making $350,000 or more are showing $0 for the coverage amount under the Short-Term Disability plan in benefits summary. The ER rate amount is also showing $0 since there is no coverage amount to calculate off of. All other employees are calculating as should. Any ideas on why this may be occurring? Based on what I have reviewed, the max coverage amount for STD should be $2500/weekly; based on 60% of insured earnings. However, I am not seeing that they even reached a cap, they simply just show $0 coverage amount. This has been
