How can I control which column(s) display on the Redwood time card?

I am seeing inconsistent behavior with which column(s) show up by default, and always remain visible when looking at the Redwood time card. What settings/configuration control this behavior?

How can I control which columns are hidden or displayed through the 'additional attributes'?

I thought that these settings would control this, but this is what I have in the layout set for the employee pictured above and it isn't giving me what I expect
