What is the workaround for Prescreening Question filter

Summary: Since the filter capability on Prescreening Questions is removed, what is the recommended solution for users needing to use the data in filtering candidates?

It came in enabled, and we don't have the ability to hold back on 25A functionality in Redwood. Need to control enabling of new functionality while not negatively impacting other areas, or we need a temporary solution to close the gap until Oracle has said the feature will be available (2nd half of 2025).

Example - for requisitions with 500+ candidates, recruiters use the prescreening question Filter to quickly cut down their screening to those who answer Prescreening questions in certain ways.
