    • Unable to access applications from Cloud ERP

    in OCI - General

    unable to access any application from Cloud ERP , It gives either blank page or unauthorized error. Also we are unable to access ords through API Gateway as well , this also shows unauthorized error.

    It is failing , while application is authenticating in OCI gateway using function, We could see below errors in the logs , Please assist

    "Authentication failed as the authorizer function returned false for 'active'"

    "Validation result not found in the cache. Invoking the authorizer function."
