FAADMIN running ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS after 25A

Summary:

We received an Oracle Communication today advising us of the Redwood Opportunity Marketplace requirement as of 25A. One of the steps provided was to run the ESS job for job ingestion

Before running, I went to check if anyone had run this recently and noticed the process had triggered from "FAADMIN".

When I went to check the prompts, there were none. By looking at the log it looks like this may have run without prompts and automatically picked up what we were needing. Just to confirm, is this something that was automatically triggered by Oracle? It also seems to be referencing some learn items. Instructions we have received in the past stated we needed to run re-ingest processes in a sequential order so we are just confirming this was triggered by Oracle and not someone within our organization.
