RSSP: Ability to Override BPA Price on Enter Requisition Line Screen

Some of our organization's requesters require the ability to place no-charge requisitions for certain items within the Enter Requisition Line screen. Their current process would be to specify the Item # on the Enter Requisition Line screen—>associate it with the existing BPA line it is on in order to source the relevant purchasing details (e.g. UOM, Manufacturer & Supplier Item specifics, etc.)—>then override the BPA line price for that item to set it to 0.00 to add it to the cart.

This would not be the case for the majority of our requesters, but only for the Enter Requisition Line screen would we want to allow our requesters with this extra access to be able to override the BPA line price.
