Corporate policy doesn't allow auto-forwarding to IDR email ... alternatives?

A mailbox was setup for suppliers to send invoices for IDR, but Corporate email policy doesn't allow auto-forwarding of emails to an external domain, and no exceptions will be granted.

Are there other solutions that can be provided other than the long and cryptic email designated by Oracle?

Otherwise, AP staff will need to manually forward individual messages from the mailbox, or suppliers would need to use the long oraclecloud.com email which doesn't identify our company.
