Verification Needed: ORC Limitation on Manager Creating Requisitions for Different Legal Entities
Hello Oracle Community,
I've heard that the out-of-the-box design for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) does not support a manager creating a requisition for a different legal entity than their own. This limitation, combined with the lack of cleanup in the legal entity space, seems to require custom configuration.
Can anyone confirm if this is true? If so, what steps or configurations have you implemented to address this limitation?
