Internal Candidate notification is not working similar to the external candidate notification

Hi All,

We created a new notification for Internal Candidates to confirm job application submission. Currently, there is no notification sent via email to internal candidates when they've submitted their application via the Opportunity Marketplace. Instead a small pop-up message displays on screen stating 'Applied to job'. Compared to external candidates, on submission of their job application, they get an email notification confirming details of the application that the external candidate has just submitted.

Referred the below Oracle document and came to know that it may not be possible to send automated confirmation emails to internal candidates as there are no seeded "Thank you" email notifications created for this purpose, but this functionality only works for external candidates.
