Delay and Format Issue in Requisition Email Notifications

Hello Oracle Community,

After the 25A quarterly update, we have noticed an issue with requisition email notifications. When a requisition is submitted, the email notification is received with a delay of approximately five hours. Additionally, the email format appears different from the usual format.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues with delayed notifications or changes in email formatting after the 25A update? If so, were you able to identify the cause or find a resolution?
