Notify requestor if requisition is edited by approver

Summary:

Our requisition approvers have the privilege to Edit requisition. But if the approvers edit the requisition and submits again for approval, the requestors are not notified even if there is price change. How can we make sure that Requestors get the FYI notification when the requisition is edited by approver?
