Include empty Qs in a report.

Hi,

I have a report that shows incidents per Qs. It is not showing the Qs that are currently empty. I would like it to show the empty Qs as well.

The report is based on Incidents joined (inner) to contacts. I tried to add Qs as a root of the join tree, but it does not seem to be doing anything.

Is there a way to make the report to also display the empty Qs?
