Redwood - Requisition Creation using Template

Summary:

In Redwood, When user tries to create requisition using the template, the system is forcing us to navigate till the Hiring Team section in order to save the requisition in Draft Status. This is not the behavior in Responsive UI where we able to save the requisition after entering the details in How section (rest all fields will be defaulted from the template). This change is a blocker for us as our client doesn’t want to increase the number of clicks for store managers. We need to know if any other clients who have been impacted by this change and
