We have configured the Post-Offer phase, where we have defined a status (Document) to collect information through Req (information). This setup is intended to gather post-offer documents from candidates before moving them to HR. However, the system is not sending emails to candidates for this request.
Interestingly, in the Interview phase (before the Offer), where we collect pre-offer documents, the email notifications are working fine.
Could you please advise why the email is not triggering specifically in the post-offer phase?
