Redwood Job Offer Approval Notification not in Redwood

Navigator ⇒ Tools ⇒ Approvals (we are using 24D)

We can see the Job Offer Approval Notification Task, when we click on 'View More Details', we are still seeing the notification in RUI page.

As per the documentation notification should open in Redwood, Please provide your inputs.
